DESCRIPTION:Part 1 - Large Knives\n\nNote: This is a 2 part class. This cla
 ss is an introduction to the large knife and/or Hand Axe use in combat/per
 sonal defense.  When using the larger knife like the American Bowie and o
 thers\, or using the traditional  Hand Axe (Tomahawk) for Combat or Perso
 nal Defense\, it may be individual combat or in today's world of street vi
 olence\, it will quickly boil down to a melee fight.  Muscle memory and c
 onditioned responses will help you when in the melee\, or just the individ
 ual confrontation.\n\nWe will introduce the concepts and logical progressi
 on of both defensive and offensive use of the bowie and the combat hawk bo
 th individually and in combination with both. You will take home the drill
 s for personal practice and study. You have to practice to improve and to 
 maintain skill.  Just like everything else worth doing.\n\nThis class wil
 l be physical so dress comfortably\, (example: BDU's or sweats)\, sturdy f
 ootwear ie: boots or cross trainers.  Class will be inside but may move o
 utside depending.  Bring: Lunch\, note taking materials.  Knee and or el
 bow pads if desired.  Please call with any questions.  Dummy weapons wil
