This does not require a California CCW permit in order to get a UTAH non-Resident CCW Permit. This class is approx 4 hrs of classroom. No written test, No range time.
A non-Resident Utah CCW permit will get you 35 states, including Washington and Nevada. Utah’s permit is good for 5 years.
Tuition is $140 which includes one set of fingerprinting which will be done at class. This does not cover the cost of your passport picture (available at CVS, Wallmart, UPS, etc) nor the Utah State fees. which must be included when you send in your Utah application.
